I was looking for bags that were spacious enough for me to go to the grocery store and also to carry miscellaneous stuff like clothes, shoes… and this one is just perfect. It measures 12″ long, 10″ wide and 7″ deep. It has a handle for carrying it and is easy to strap it to the rack. However, I leave it on all the time.
It works well with the “Ventura Universal Bicycle carrier rack” (my bike tires are 26 inch.)

    Verified Purchase(What’s this?)
This review is from: M-Wave Amsterdam Double Bicycle Pannier Bag, Black/Grey (Sports)
I purchased these bags alongside the Topeak Explorer Bike Rack with Spring. I had never used saddle bags before but was eager to try them out to increase my carrying capacity. Having read the reviews for this product, I had a pretty decent idea for what I was getting: an affordable set of bags that are not the finest construction, but will still get the job done.

    Good:
*Contrary to some of the reviews, I find the bags to be easy to attach/detach from the rack.
*The clips secure the bag well enough that I am not worried about them falling off in transit on my 6 mile commute.
*These bags are great for grocery shopping! I can fit about a weeks worth of groceries for myself in them. The best part is that I can bring them into the store and load them at the checkout.
*For the price, I am not dissatisfied with the material and construction.

    Bad:
*I haven’t found any great way to secure the excess straps for the clips, and sometimes have to stop when they come free and start flipping in my spokes (kind of like a baseball card).
*The bags have a tendency to become misshapen if you put awkward items in them. I commute with a laptop that is just a little to big. To fit it into the bag I have to stretch it out a bit. This stretching led to the bag itself getting caught in my spokes once, slightly ripping the fabric.
*They are a little heavy and awkward when carrying them in places.

Bottom Line: Get these bags if you are a casual commuter, but be prepared for what they are. They have a great price, but you sacrifice a little on quality. Don’t try to over-stuff them, however, and they should function very well.
