Too small for what I need, July 24, 2016

The construction on this bag is very good. I was really hoping it would be just a bit bigger though. I entered the choice for the largest size and it is barely the length of a soda can. The little place on top is made to hold a very small cell phone. MAYBE you could fit one of the old flip phones in it, if you have a thin one. The two larger pouches might hold an iPhone or a single can of soda. They are definitely too small for a bottle of water. I was hoping for something that could hold a book. A small paper back book would fit. The quality and workmanship are fantastic, but I think the bag must have been designed years back. It would hold your wallet and your keys. It has two Velcro strips. One to hold to the front, to keep it from sliding towards you, and the other one fastens around the boy bar. The picture they show, on the bike, at the top of the page is very accurate. This bag is extremely small. I took one picture with my computer mouse sitting on it, for a size reference. The quality of it gets a five star rating. The size gets three stars, so that equals a four star rating.
I received this bag at a reduced price for my honest and unbiased review.

A nice bag, especially for the price., August 11, 2016

I like this bag. It is not as big as I thought it would be, but that is a good thing. The space is more than enough for a snack and some electronics. I even carried a foot-long sandwich sticking up out of it back to work with me. If you needed more space a tail-bag or backpack in is order.

The use-case for this bag would be to hold the remote batteries for a light, a power-pack for your phone or GPS, or as a stash for bike-related tools and parts. I am keeping a power pack it it to charge my phone while I ride. My phone sits in a handle-bar mount and is connected by a USB lead. Works great for this.

The space each pocket provides is about the size of 4 cans of soda lined up. The size of the cell-phone pouch on the top is kinda small. Some older phones will fit, and some phones without cases will fit, but my Galaxy S5 did not fit. This was only a minor disappointment, as I didn't intend to use that pouch anyway. A smaller battery pack would probably fit though. (My 10AH/10000mAH one is way to big)

Build quality seems solid – for the price. For less than eight bucks I didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised. The mounting system is very simple, just two straps that loosely lash the bag to the frame. There is no way it is coming off, but it is free to slide fore and aft a little. This is handy when putting the bike onto a car-rack. You can slide the bag all the way forward and out of the way of any clamps or straps.

I recommend this as a cheap, no-thrills-but-effective bag. You can't go wrong with it at this price. I received mine at a discount in exchange for the promise of leaving an unbiased review. I rely on Amazon reviews to help me make decisions and would never lead others astray.
