    My son picked out a pair of the striped gloves (“geometric size medium”) when he was 2 and is still wearing them weekly at 3. At first, they were a novelty and fun but he soon realized they actually protect his hands when he crashes, so they’re just part of his bike gear now. Planning to get another pair as a stocking stuffer next Xmas or for an Easter basket for little brother when he’s big enough to ride.

    At first, they were difficult to get on my son’s hands, but once they loosened up just a bit and my son got used to spreading his fingers when I slide them on (KEY!), they were and continue to be easy-peasy.

    Love these! Never would have thought he needed bike gloves until we saw them for sale, but now that we have them, I think they’re essential!

    Love these riding gloves! I got a size large for my 3.5 yr-old-boy (he’s a big dude), and also size large for my 5-ye-old girl. They fit great! The kids love them and want to wear them every time they ride! I feel better when my date devil child wants to ride his balance bike down the hills… At least if he falls, his hands will be protected from road rash! The designs are so cute and colorful! The quality is great! They have extra padding on the palms — good for extra grip on the handle bars and extra protection in case of a crash. The loops on the fingers make the gloves easy to remove and keeps them from turning inside-out (if they didn’t have the loops, I would imagine they would turn inside out and get rolled and twisted up)
