Fasting has a lot of meanings depending on the person’s perspective and has a lot of types to choose from. It can be a great healthy choice of lifestyle too – whether you are aiming to lose weight or build a muscle. This book talks about Intermittent Fasting which has proven to be one of the quickest and easiest ways to lose weight and control eating habits. It reveals a brief history of fasting, the basics, how to fast, what to expect when fasting, and lots more. It even contains meal plans for regular diets, vegetarians, and vegans.
There are lots of healthy benefits one can get from fasting especially those dealing with serous medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and certain types of heart diseases and it can have different results or side effects varying from one person to another depending on his current health condition so it is strongly recommended to see a doctor before trying.

One of my new years resolution is to shed off some layers of fat which I find difficult to do cause I hate the gym,
I stumbled across this book and I do not regret it at all. This book is handy, it explains a lot about Intermittent Fasting and gives you tips and yummy recipes that you can apply to your diet. It’s not one of those force you to follow this certain outline but lets you have the freedom to choose and to learn what’s best for you. Great read, five stars!
