    I am looking for a way to slim down without feeling deprived of food. I’ve heard that intermittent fasting is a great tool for detoxing. I have also heard from many intermittent fasters that the results are good so I thought that I’d have to try it out. I am glad I found this book. I find it very helpful and informative. Everything that I need to know about intermittent fasting is in this book. It starts off by discussing the history and benefits of intermittent fasting. It also discusses the different type of intermittent fasting program that you can follow and what to expect from it. What’s mopre is that it provides sample fast meal plans for both meat eaters and vegetarians. It is an easy read and is written in a way that could also be understood by children. This is recommendable for everyone who would want to start living a healthier lifestyle.

    I have been reading books on diet and fasting and the like lately and this one’s the best so far. It concentrates on Intermittent Fasting though which is a popular type of fasting nowadays.

    Fasting has a lot of meanings depending on the person’s perspective and has a lot of types to choose from. It can be a great healthy choice of lifestyle too – whether you are aiming to lose weight or build a muscle. This book talks about Intermittent Fasting which has proven to be one of the quickest and easiest ways to lose weight and control eating habits. It reveals a brief history of fasting, the basics, how to fast, what to expect when fasting, and lots more. It even contains meal plans for regular diets, vegetarians, and vegans.

    There are lots of healthy benefits one can get from fasting especially those dealing with serous medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and certain types of heart diseases and it can have different results or side effects varying from one person to another depending on his current health condition so it is strongly recommended to see a doctor before trying.

    So Christmas and New Year flew by swiftly! You know what that means, eat all day ad eat all night. One of my new years resolution is to shed off some layers of fat which I find difficult to do cause I hate the gym. Hahaha, I don’t know why but I’m sure some of you can relate with my dilemma. Anyways, I voiced out my problem to a few family members and they urged me to try this Intermittent Fasting craze. I was skeptical at first and threw it off but I considered it anyway.

    I stumbled across this book and I do not regret it at all. This book is handy, it explains a lot about Intermittent Fasting and gives you tips and yummy recipes that you can apply to your diet. It’s not one of those force you to follow this certain outline but lets you have the freedom to choose and to learn what’s best for you. Great read, five stars!
