This is an awesome and affordable magnetic bicycle trainer! It will work with mountain bikes or road bikes. I’m using this trainer with my Scattante road bike and could not be happier! It enables me to ride my bicycle indoors, when weather outside is not suitable for cycling. This is better than an exercise bike in my opinion, since most exercise bikes are prone to break, cost a lost and normally are not that comfortable. Great Product. Instructions Lacking.,
Thankfully there were pictures on the instructions, or it would have taken me quite a while to figure out how to put this trainer together.
Once together (and bike lugged from the garage up the stairs and inside), it’s exactly as described. It does make noise, yes, but not so much that I can’t hear my television or that will bother the neighbors. Reviews for other trainers equate the sound made to a vacuum cleaner… not the case here. The Aosom 16b trainer is quieter than I expected. And sturdier. Given the price paid, I wasn’t sure what to expect, honestly. I’m rather pleased with the final product.
It would have received five stars, but the not-so-great instructions takes it down to four.
(Note: If you do get a trainer (this one or similar), make sure you get a riser like the Forza Riser Block Gray to keep the front tire in place. While it’s not absolutely necessary, it will make a difference.)

It’s okay, but not perfect,
This thing isn’t the least bit quiet, and that coupled with the difficulty of set-up, it doesn’t get all 5 stars.

what's the name of the stand that you are using ?
Jane Renee, I cannot reply directly to you. But, this trainer is intended to work for 26”, 27” and 700c bikes with quick release rear wheels, not 24" I would advise you not purchase the trainer.
will it work with a 24"? i checked the manufacturers site and it doesn't say.
I haven't looked at your other vids yet, but do you use a cadence and speed sensor while your using your bicycle on this stand? I've been considering a few different brands. I'll check your other vids to see if you do, but figured I'd ask before I forgot lol
Ебануца рукожопое уёбище…
It's just two screws with lock nuts, for god's sake. This video makes it look awfully complicated, but it is extremely simple. Just loosen the screw on the side towards which you want the bike to move while simultaneously tightening the opposite screw. Once the bike is centered, make sure both screws are tight against the skewer, then tighten the lock nut (against the trainer, not against the bike) to keep everything in place. This should take just a couple of minutes.
Thanks for the video
IT DOESNT TAKE THIS LONG 2 SET THIS UP…TOOK ME 3 MINUTES WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS…WOWWW!
I cannot get this thing OFF — my bike is STUCK ON THIS STAND!!
Thanks so much for taking the time to show how this is done. Helps with decision to get one.
