    I got this to hang my road bike inside. It looks more like a type of shelf rather than a bike rack. I like the wood, which could be stained. It was easy to install and the universal tube holder is wide enough that it doesn’t depress the cables along my top tube. My bike balances very well on it too. It’s also the right length as the handle bars aren’t mashed against the wall

    Yes, the rubber inserts are complete junk, and fall right out, and the frame rests on wood, which is alright. Only good for a road bike, as it has narrower handlebars.

    I was hesitant on buying this rack because of some reviews that were posted but honestly it looks great it feels solid and holds my fixie with ease. I would highly recommend it to someone that has an apartment and doesn’t have space for their bike. I have no complaints and glad I purchased it.
